Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ultimate Keywords software, operated by Ultimate Keywords (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Ultimate Keywords is a keyword and trend intelligence dashboard that organizes public signals from search, social, marketplace, research, video, and community sources into modules, and generates an intelligence report from your own seven-day signal history. The service is provided “as is,” and module data reflects third-party public sources we do not control – we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability at any given time.
3. Accounts
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep your password secure.
- You must verify your email address to unlock full account functionality.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend or disable an account that violates these Terms, abuses rate limits, or is used for unlawful purposes.
4. Plans, pricing, and billing
Ultimate Keywords offers the following plans. Prices are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change with notice on this page.

- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period, then reverts to the Free plan.
- The Single Report purchase is a one-time, non-subscription charge that grants one report-export credit, which does not expire and is consumed only after your plan’s monthly included exports (if any) are used.
- All payments are processed by Stripe or a cryptocurrency processor. We do not store your card details. We delete cryptocurrency data soon after payment is processed.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started or a Single Report credit has been used.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, module access restrictions, or rate limits, including by automating requests to circumvent them.
- Use the service to scrape, resell, or redistribute module data in a way that violates the terms of the underlying public sources.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its infrastructure, or other users’ access to it.
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
6. Uploaded content
Some modules accept a CSV file you upload (for example, Micro-Regional Arbitrage or Seasonality Clashes). You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to use it. Uploaded files are processed to produce your results and are not retained afterward.
7. Intellectual property
The Ultimate Keywords name, branding, and application are our property. Reports you generate from your own module runs are yours to use. We do not claim ownership of the keywords, topics, or files you submit.
8. Disclaimers
Module data reflects third-party public sources at the time it was retrieved and is provided for informational purposes only. It is not financial, legal, or professional advice. We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular source will remain available.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on module data or report content. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as billing obligations already incurred, limitation of liability, and intellectual property) will continue to apply.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
